Cirkus Xanti is a Norwegian organisation to produce circus arts. It aims in the long term at developing a full insfrastructure of circus arts in Norway, with governmental support.

Cirkus Xanti organises the Circus Village, during the summer season, which is Norway's first space for development of education, presentation and production of new circus and circus arts. 4 circus tents of different size form a mobile festival from one town to another.

During the Circus Village the festival offers free training, workshops, masterclasses, short term courses. Companies and projects are able to perform, experiment and present their projects and ideas.

Cirkus Xanti launched a circus network to connect the circus village, with other circus companies for the development of circus art focusing on information, documentation and laboratory workshops.
