Danish Artist Union

The Danish Artist Union (DAF) establishes agreements between artists and employers (circus, theatre, TV and radio) that regulate payment, working conditions and copyrights involved in productions.

DAF is active in funding and initiating conferences, research, website and publications concerning the activities and potential of modern circus in Denmark. It works politically with circus arts training centres in Denmark to lobby for the establishment of a state-funded education for circus artists and to create better production facilities for artists, as well as appropriate conditions to develop the art form and  allow the audience to benefit from it.
