The partner members are associations, federations, syndicates, or festivals who are directly connected to the education, training, creation, production, dissemination or the promotion and the defence of circus arts and artists.

They must be able to prove that their principal activity is associated with circus arts and that they promote the young circus arts professionals.
They must respect the ethics of the Federation by approving the Code of Conduct upon entry as a new member.

Partner members have voting rights at the General Assembly. They are not eligible for election to the Managing Board (ie, being members of the Managing Board).
According to the statutes of FEDEC, partner members can not represent more than one third of FEDEC members.
