The Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) is a centralized action. Applications for the charter are to be submitted directly to EACEA.

The applications are in the form of an online form ("web-form").

To be able to complete it, the organization must have a PIC (Participant Identification Code), the UNIQUE identifier of the candidate entity. If a PIC has already been created, it MUST be reused.

If the applicant organization does not have one, it will have to create one on the portal of the participating organizations (URF). https://ec.europa.eu/education/participants/portal/desktop/en/home.html

It is advisable to keep a copy of the application form submitted on a computer support.

Next deadline: 29 March 2019
