Agathe Dumont, research associate for the INTENTS project, presented at the National Dance Center in Pantin in February 2018 the research project she realized during the last two years entitled "Perception of health issues and relationship to injury with dancers" for which Agathe benefited a Dance Research and Heritage Grant in 2016 from the CND.

The project translates the words of dancers on health. The survey is based on questionnaires sent to a large population of dancers of all disciplines and ages as well as qualitative interviews with about twenty professional dancers. The study traces life paths and analyzes how dancers incorporate the issue of health into their practices. It aims to collect data on this still little-explored subject and to make the voices of those who dance on a daily basis heard.
