Marketing and Sales Assistant - deadline 20 February



About



Working within the Marketing and Customer Services teams, the role will focus on communications, customer service delivery and administrative support for our professional artist programmes and recreational classes.



You will use a range of digital media and administration resources including Windows Office, web content management systems, social media platforms and ticketing, scheduling and database software (currently Spektrix and Celcat).



The position would be ideal for someone with administrative skills who would like the opportunity to gain experience in arts marketing and communications.



Customer Service Assistant – deadline 20 February

National Centre for Circus Arts Customer Service Assistants are the first point of contact at our reception desk, on the telephone and online.



We’re looking for someone with experience in a customer service environment who has a welcoming and efficient approach. You will be able to manage priorities during busy booking times, and be proactive in identifying tasks during quieter periods. 



Head of Buildings and Facilities - deadline 26 February

The National Centre for Circus Arts is a registered charity and one of Europe’s leading providers of circus education.



This is a senior post with primary responsibility for the general management of the site and its facilities. Whilst effectively managing the day to day building activities the post holder shall also be forward thinking and environmentally focused.



The Head of Buildings and Facilities will work closely with the Operations Director to ensure that the numerous and varied users find the Organisation welcoming, hospitable and fit for purpose.
