Skills Development Workshop for Educational and Artistic Directors

In 2010, FEDEC launched a reflection process and a network consultation about Educational and Artistic Directors' skills.

This work led to MAILLONS, a programme of workshops aimed at enhancing the skills of Educational and Artistic Directors of FEDEC schools, to be implemented from  2011 to 2013.

The first workshop was held in late April at the CNAC, in the frameworkf of FEDEC's second Annual Conference. It was attended by over 20 interested and motivated directors.

Marc Lévêque, a teacher at Orleans University, was invited to speak on "Ethics and Deontology in Education/teaching".

This first workshop allowed the participants to launch work streams and discussions on this subject to be tackled with their colleagues, but also within their schools’ wider teaching body.

This work has been continued during a second workshop on the same topic held during the FEDEC Encounters at Circa in October, 2011 in Auch (France).
