Psychological and legal helpline to combat sexual and gender-based violence for cultural professionals

In 2019, the Ministry of Culture announced its plan to combat sexual and gender-based harassment and violence. At the same time, the social partners wanted to create a free, anonymous helpline for victims and witnesses of sexual and gender-based violence in the live and recorded entertainment sector, which saw the light of day in May 2020.

Operated by Audiens, the scheme is supported by the Fédération des entreprises du spectacle vivant, de la musique, de l'audiovisuel et du cinéma (Fesac) and union federations - CGT Spectacle, CFE-CGC, CFTC, FASAP FO, CFDT Communication Conseil, Culture, with the support of the Ministry of Culture, CNC, CNM, CND, as well as SNJV, SACEM, SACD and SNELAC.
