SPEAK OUT training 3 : Recruitment & auditions
3-5 SEPT 2024, La Central del Circ & Centro de las Artes del Circo Rogelio Rivel (ESP)
In September, come and attend our 3rd and last SPEAK OUT training session in Catalonia (ESP)! The programme will focus on recruitment and auditions and make sure you leave with tools to address situations conducive to discrimination within circus organisations.

Programme
The training sessions are designed with the aim of implementing structural changes regarding discrimination and gender-based violence.
The Training session 3 will take place in Barcelona from September 3 to 5 on Recruitment & Auditions in Circus Arts.
The aim being to question the unconscious biases when welcoming new students/staff members/artists in organisations (schools, artistic companies, festivals...) and to prevent discrimination and abusive conducts in these processes.
We thank the associate partners of the project La Central del Circ & FiraTàrrega, and the FEDEC member Centro de las Artes del Circo Rogelio Rivel for welcoming us for this session.

Registrations to the SPEAK OUT training are open !
Who can participate?
- FEDEC members & SPEAK OUT associated partners
- 2 people max. per organisation, preferably 1 member of the direction + 1 inclusion referent
- English speakers (training in English)
Selection procedure
As this is the last training in a series of training sessions, applications from people who have attended previous SPEAK OUT sessions will be given priority. The number of additional open places will therefore depend on the number of applications received from SPEAK OUT participants. Second criteria of selection: the first to apply will be the first to be selected, don't miss your chance to be part of it!
N.B.: The applicants will be informed if they are selected in June, to be able to book their transport tickets to Barcelona.
An email containing the details of the personal choices filled in in the form will been sent to each participant after the confirmation of registration.
