The Esacto'Lido (Toulouse, FRA) is looking for a permanent Production and Continuous Education Manager, starting from September 2025.

About the organisation

The Esacto'Lido is one of three higher schools in France authorized to award the national higher professional diploma for circus artists. This internationally-renowned 3-year training program focuses on the personal approach of the artists in training.

The school supports the professional integration of graduates by organizing show tours. In addition to advanced training, the school offers continuing education modules and develops a research program on circus arts pedagogy.

Strongly committed to structuring the regional circus sector, Esacto'Lido collaborates on numerous European and international projects. The administrative and technical team is composed of 9 people, in addition to 30 teachers.

Ésacto'Lido is accredited by the French Ministry of Culture and holds the Qualiopi certification. It is supported by Toulouse Métropole, DRAC Occitanie and Région Occitanie. It is a member of the European (FEDEC) and French (FFEC) circus school federations.

Main missions

Events production

  • Manage production and logistics of Esacto'Lido events (Festival Futur Futur, Fête du Lido, Nuit du Cirque)
  • Monitor production of student tours (DNSP2, API, Focon)
  • Draw up partnership agreements and assignment contracts
  • Forward invoicing and hiring information
  • Participate in the development of touring activities

Continuous education

  • Assist the teaching team in managing continuing education projects
  • Organise logistics and administrative follow-up of continuing education initiatives
  • Participate in continuing education communications

Candidate's profile

Theoretical skills

  • Knowledge of the performing arts sector and, if possible, of the circus industry
  • Mastery of the contractual framework for production in the performing arts
  • If possible, knowledge of continuing education systems, regulations and funding

Operational skills

  • Mastery of information technologies and office tools
  • Design, organisation and planning of projects
  • Redaction of reports or summary documents

Other:

  • B driver's license required
  • Availability during evenings and weekends
  • Occasional travels
