FEMINIST VERBAL SELF-DEFENCE | Collectif Santé active et solidaire (FRA)

SAS was set up in 2009 on the initiative of three people from sexual minorities, with the following aims:

to create a space dedicated to issues of health and well-being, by and for sexual minorities, taking into account the issues of gender, sexuality and identity that affect us all.
to create an official structure (Association Loi 1901) so that we can be a priority contact for institutions and professionals in the medico-social sector.

This brochure brings together all the verbal techniques, simple or powerful phrases, effective silences, etc. that we have all tried out. The aim is to help everyone who finds themselves in a violent situation, where it is possible to react verbally, to find the words to defend themselves and set limits.
