Ecole du Cirque Jules Verne is looking for an Administrative and Pedagogical Officer to join its team from June 2025.

What is the purpose of this role?

Reporting to the school's Pedagogical Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for the administrative follow-up of activities and the  administrative support to students. They will also take part in discussions on the circus school's operating and development strategy.

Missions:

  • Administrative management of the school
  • Monitoring of students' schooling (support to the Pedagogical Manager)
  • Participation in the life of the structure

Who can apply?

Profile required:

  • Strong interest in the artistic field (in particular performing arts and contemporary circus)
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Proficiency in office and IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

  • Sense of public service and professional discretion
  • Curiosity and autonomy

What are the conditions of the position?

The position is available from 6th June 2025. Ecole du Cirque Jules Verne is offering a permanent contract or a fixed-term contract under public law. The position is full-time (35 hours), with remuneration based on the local civil service salary scale.
