As part of its upcoming EU project 'Circus Loops', Zirkus ON is looking for a Project Managing Director and a Project Manager in freelance.
Project objectives
to strengthen transnational artistic creation and circulation by establishing a collaborative residency program, sharing resources and facilitating the development of three innovative artistic circus works for wider audiences.
to develop and share an innovative feedback methodology ‘Feedback Loops’, which includes audience feedback in the creation process, and a Feedaback Loops toolbox to help circus artists and authors to develop their dramaturgical skills.
Missions
Project management for the German part of the project
Organization of residencies, work-in-progress showings and the final presentations
Participation in monthly meetings with European partners
Billing, invoice management and financial processing of the project
Support for the dissemination of project results
Timeline
Application deadline: 6 FEB 2026
Start date: 1 MAR 2026 (at the latest)
Kick-off meeting: 16-20 MAR 2026 in Karlsruhe (DEU)
Implementation of residencies: JAN-FEB 2026
