Opening of a coworking space

UP - Circus & Performing Arts (Brussels, BEL) is a scenic and technical space dedicated to the work of artists & circus & stage enthusiasts. Our team is now opening a coworking space, especially dedicated to those who wish to have a permanent office in a dynamic & shared space, with moderate & adapted rates.

This space is aimed at the persons in charge of diffusion, production, administration but also the artists in search of a space of tranquillity to work in an office! What could be more practical than training and working on the writing of your new project in the same place?

Our coworking space takes place on a pleasant 100 m² open space, with 8 workstations & a dedicated meeting room, in the heart of UP - Circus & Performing Arts. 

Equipment of the space

You will find in this coworking space: 

• Desk tables, chairs, lighting, power supply 
• Wi-Fi connection (powered by fiber optics)
• Cabinets to share with other users
• 25 M² meeting room, adjoining & dedicated to coworkers 
• And many other things...  

How can I use this space?

2 configurations are proposed to coworkers: 

• FULL TIME: Use of an office all day, 5 days/week, from 9am to 6:30pm,
• HALF-TIME : Use of an office in half-day, either in the morning - or in the afternoon 
  • Morning -> 5 days/week | 9am to 1:30pm (= 4:30pm),
  • Afternoon -> 5 days/week | from 2pm to 6:30pm (= 4:30am)

How much does it cost?

The rates are adapted according to the organisations: 

• Non-cultural and/or non-associative organisations 
• Cultural and/or associative organisations  benefiting from operating grants (FWB, Cocof, etc.),
• Cultural and/or associative organisations  NOT receiving operating subsidies.
