FEDEC and Stockholm University of the Arts are pleased to invite you to the RIGGERS EU project closing event on Thursday 11 April 2024, from 13:00, in Antwerp (BEL).
This unique event is organized in partnership with Circuscentrum, as part of the "Circus - a safe(r) space for danger" conference on technical, physical and psycho-social safety in circus, in parallel with the MAD festival.

Programme
- 13:00 - Welcome (free access with registration)
- 13:15 - Workshop: RIGGERS project results (free access with registration)
- 15:00 - Closing panel 'On safety and risk-taking' (accessible with the festival pass)
- 17:00 - MAD Festival opening (accessible with the festival pass)
Over the past 2 years, RIGGERS has enabled the creation of an international rigging community, as well as the deployment of numerous activities aimed at improving safety measures in professional circus schools: visits and exchanges, seminars, masterclasses, FED-Talks, and even a survey of the circus school rigger profession. Come and join some rigging enthusiasts, artists, students, training and safety professionals to celebrate the results of the RIGGERS project!
