Junior European Project Manager

Job opportunity

Our Brussels-based team of 4 is looking for a new talent to support us in the implementation of European projects during the first half of 2026.

๐Ÿ“… The internship will take place from 23 February to 23 July 2026.

Missions

Missions will be mainly linked to the following projects and network activities:

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹๐Ÿ‘‰ Submission of an ERASMUS+ project on professional integration (March):

  • Preparation and collection of data,
  • Drafting (assistance),
  • Putting grant application online.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Spring Talks (FEDEC annual conference @ Rigas Cirks in Rฤซga in Latvia (April) :

  • Logistics before and during the conference,
  • Welcoming participants,
  • Liaison with host structures,
  • Taking notes and minutes of meetings.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Co-management of the Take Care project on mental health in the circus arts sector (throughout the internship):

  • Preparation of the professional day at the Circusstad Festival (May),
  • Minute-taking and reporting on meetings (expert committees and festival network),
  • Assistance with project monitoring (ongoing project report),
  • Report on the results of the survey conducted in schools (July),

๐Ÿ‘‰ Co-management of projects with Tatami Talks (May-July):

  • Organization of an event in Belgium in collaboration with the European project manager,
  • Online meetings to create an educational guide.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Co-writing of the 2025 activity report and other administrative tasks (throughout the internship).

Desired professional qualities and skills

  • Recent graduate of a European project management or business school.
  • Professional experience not required to benefit from a Convention d'Immersion Professionnelle, but previous internships are desirable.
  • Fluency in French and excellent level of English.
  • Proficiency in office automation tools (Pack Office, Zoom, Canva, Jotform, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently while appreciating collaborative processes.
  • Interest in art education and contemporary creation.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel with the team.

Conditions

  • ๐Ÿ“ Type of contract: Professional Immersion Agreement (see here)
  • ๐Ÿ“… Start date: 23 February 2026
    ๐Ÿ‘‹ End of contract: 23 July 2026
  • ๐Ÿ’ถ Compensation: €1,200/month
  • ๐ŸšŒ Transport pass : reimbursed
