Pedagogical Director

ENACR is seeking a Pedagogical Director to start in spring 2026. The successful candidate will contribute to developing the school's curriculum, partnerships and teaching practices.

Conditions

• Full-time permanent contract, based in Rosny-sous-Bois (FRA)

Responsibilities

• Lead the school's educational project and supervise the teaching staff.
• Design, organise and update initial and continuing training programmes.
• Coordinate creation, production and dissemination.
• Develop educational and institutional partnerships.
• Participate in accreditation processes, external evaluations and the drafting of institutional reports.
• Contribute to student recruitment and orientation strategies.
• Manage an educational budget in collaboration with the administrative department.

Expected profile

• Higher education in circus arts, performing arts, arts education, or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience (ideally 5 years or more) in teaching or training coordination in circus arts or higher arts education.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; good listening and mediation skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written French (C2) & proficiency in English (B2).
• Proficiency in Office software and school management software.
