Consent in Practice, a project co-funded by the Erasmus+ program, organises a training course program for 16 youth workers, social workers or community leaders from across Europe (France, Spain, Belgium, Serbia and Estonia) who are using sport or movement in their social work or with groups of young people, and interested in making their pedagogy more inclusive through the practice of consent.
The training course will be in English and take place during 10 days (May 28th - June 6th 2026, including travel days) at Vergers de Sésame, 09290 Mas d’Azil, France.
This project addresses the practice of consent as a tool to combat violence in physical and movement-based activities. It has three main objectives:
● To deepen participants' understanding of consent in physical and movement-based practices.
● To explore practical tools for integrating consent into the facilitation of these practices.
● To experience an educational approach rooted in a culture of consent.
FEDEC has 4 places open for its members and partners to join this experience. The travel, accommodation and meal expenses are covered. A contribution of 50€ per participant is asked to support the project.
