Coquino Circus School (Canton of Vaud) is a dynamic and fast-growing school offering circus arts classes for children, teenagers, and adults in a supportive yet demanding environment. We are looking for a passionate and experienced teacher to join our teaching team.
Your responsibilities
- Design and lead regular Hand-to-Hand Partnering classes (two-person or group acrobatics), as well as multidisciplinary workshops (floor acrobatics, partnering, collective creation, etc.).
- Support students in their technical, artistic, and safety development.
- Take part in the creation of acts and end-of-year performances.
- Contribute to the development of educational programs and to the life of the school (team meetings, workshops, events).
Your profile
- French-speaking (excellent spoken and written French required – essential for teaching in French-speaking Switzerland).
- Excellent technical and performing skills in Hand-to-Hand Partnering (professional stage experience required).
- Creativity: ability to develop choreographies, original acts, and adapted pedagogical exercises for different ages and levels.
- Proven experience in circus arts teaching (children, teenagers, and/or adults).
- Strong understanding of safety and circus-specific pedagogy.
- Team spirit, dynamism, rigor, and a caring approach.
- Swiss work permit or eligibility to obtain one quickly.

- A fixed salaried contract (working hours: Monday and Wednesday 4:30–8:00 pm, Friday 6:00–9:15 pm) for a maximum duration of 8 months.
