Ethical Charter

Established in the framework of the Take Care project, the Ethical Charter pushes forward FEDEC's commitment to fundamental democratic values.

This document has been adopted by all the Take Care partners and recalls the common principles to be respected throughout the project. It is divided in 4 parts:

• Green transition & sustainability
• Gender equality, diversity & representativity
• Accessibility & inclusive communication
• Mental health & well-being

FEDEC is concerned with maintaining a horizontal and democratic approach to give equal opportunities to the diversity of Take Care partners. This Ethical Charter should not be seen as a prescriptive document, but rather used as an evolving source of recommendations. It is collective process which aims at building a common dialogue that respects everyone involved in this project, through regular communication and fair participation.
