Lo que el cuerpo sabe

In 2026, the CRECE Project brought together young artists who had recently graduated from several circus schools around the world for a creative process led by artist Marilén Ribot.

During an intensive creation period in Madrid, the artists developed Lo que el cuerpo sabe, a collective creation exploring the relationship between the body, emotions and memory.

A collective creation

The performance brought together 10 young artists from several countries and working in a variety of disciplines: swinging trapeze, fixed trapeze, Cyr wheel, rope, aerial hoop, acrodance, accordion, hair suspension and juggling.

The creation was presented at Teatro Circo Price in Madrid from 10 to 12 September 2026, in front of Madrid audiences.

After 17 editions, CRECE has established itself as a creation platform for new generations of artists and as a space for encounters between circus and other performing arts.
