FEDEC Spring Talks 2025

From Sunday, April 13 to Thursday, April 17, we were in Saint-Denis (FRA) to discover the new facilities at the Académie Fratellini, and then headed to Châtellerault to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the ENCC!

🎓 Professional integration of young circus artists took center stage: roundtable discussions, survey results, exchanges with industry representatives, inspiring alumni journeys, networking, performances, and the General Assembly, during which 5 new network members and 5 new Board representatives were elected! 

🧠 An optional but highly recommended Take Care Workshop took place on 17 April. This was the first activity of the European project Take Care on mental health in the circus sector. We addressed the issue of burnout: what proactive measures can we take to care for our teams and ourselves?
