Professional integration: transforming passions into careers

13-17 April 2025 · Académie Fratellini & École Nationale de Cirque de Châtellerault (FRA)

From Sunday, April 13 to Thursday, April 17, we were in Saint-Denis (FRA) to discover the new facilities at the Académie Fratellini, and then headed to Châtellerault to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the ENCC!

This edition was marked by several key moments:

🎓 Many activities with the professional integration of young circus artists in the spotlight: round tables, survey results, discussions with sector representatives, and inspiring journeys shared by alumni.

💬 Informal moments to help strengthen ties within the network: a memorable bus ride, networking opportunities, shows, and site visits...

🗳️ The General Assembly, notably featuring the election of 5 members to the Managing Board:

  • Marilou COUSINEAU, École Nationale de Cirque (CAN) – 1st mandate

  • Fabio PINNA, INAC (PRT) – 1st mandate

  • Roseta PLASENCIA, CREAT (ESP) – 1st mandate

  • Tim ROBERTS, École de Cirque de Québec (CAN) – 3rd mandate

  • Aurélie VINCQ, Esacto'Lido (FRA) – 1st mandate

...alongside the welcoming of 5 new members to the network:

🧠 A Take Care workshop took place on 17 April. This was the first activity of the European project Take Care on mental health in the circus sector. We addressed the issue of burnout: what proactive measures can we take to care for our teams and ourselves?
